Since we opened Switch Plumbing and Heating has been one of constant improvement and year on year growth with returning customers accounting for the majority of the completed jobs annually.

Today the company, is an independent service & maintenance company based in North Shields operates out of our purposed designed heating showroom where our number is manned 24/7, 365 days a year and serves customers.

A multi-skilled, multi-trade, workforce with fully equipped vehicles provides for both domestic and commercial customers.

We have recently completed our health and safety accreditation.

Our standard working times are from 8am – 6pm

We complete many jobs a year and find we visit existing customers on a regular occurrence. Switch Plumbing and Heating provides a 24 hour service response for emergencies and a 12 month guarantee on most workmanship. Our transparent charging system is monitored on a regular basis to ensure our rates are always competitive.

Bathrooms

Using state of the art software we are able off you not only a 3D design, We are now able to show you your new bathroom before it has even been installed. Using the latest VR technology giving you the ability to view your new bathroom before it even gets installed.

					  Great company, stepped in at last minute when another plumming company let me down. Good communications and really tried hard to fit in with my work shifts, which they did. Polite and honest. Can't go wrong, highly recommended.

					  Cameron attended to fix a toilet leak, whilst his first attempt was not successful, on contacting the office, Andy was quick to respond, and a reattend was made within 24 hours, and the problem was rectified.  The team are very professional and try to resolve issues in the most efficient manner possible, without trying to just sell you parts you don't need.  Very impressed with this and their after attend care, would definitely recommend
